Cancellations, Missed & Reduced Appointments

We require a minimum of 48 hours/ 2 days notice to cancel or reschedule in order to fill the appointment space with someone from our waiting list.

We will ask for your credit/ debit card details in order to secure an appointment. Your card is validated but no charges will be taken at the time of booking.

If an appointment is missed, cancelled, rescheduled or reduced without the required 48 hours minimum notice, the appointment will be charged in full to cover the Stylists time. In the event that we are able to fill the stylists time we will waive the charge.
