We’re looking for school leavers or career starters with a good attitude, a strong work ethic and a real interest in hairdressing.
You don’t need experience — just the drive to be great. We’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Get:
By the end of the programme, you will:
- Be qualified with an NVQ Level 2 and a Tribe Diploma
- Be confident in cutting, colouring, and styling hair to a high standard
- Complete advanced training to be salon-floor ready
- Take part in photoshoots, competitions, and creative opportunities
- Opportunity to interview for a Stylist position at Tribe
And you’ll get paid while you train.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll be based in-salon 4 days a week, with 1 dedicated training day. From day one, you will:
- Welcome and care for our clients
- Assist senior stylists and learn on the job
- Keep things clean, calm, and running smoothly
- Learn everything from consultation to final finish
- Grow your skills and confidence every single week
