We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and people-focused Salon Coordinator to join our team. You’ll be the first face our clients see – setting the tone for an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building connections, keeping things running smoothly, and working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome every client with warmth and confidence
- Keep the salon running smoothly by managing bookings and schedules
- Support our stylists so they can do their best work
- Keep things organised – from stock levels to team communications
- Handle payments and daily admin
- Spot opportunities to improve the client experience
Who You Are
- A people person with strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure and good at juggling tasks
- Confident using salon software (or keen to learn)
- Detail-focused with a proactive attitude
- A team player who brings good energy into the space

Hours & Pay
- Full or part-time considered
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year depending on experience
- Clapham or Chislehurst locations
