Elle Foreman Wins the L’Oréal Colour Trophy London Region

We are proud to share that Tribe’s Elle Foreman has won the L’Oréal Colour Trophy 2026 London Region, before going on to achieve second place overall at the UK Grand Final.

The L’Oréal Colour Trophy is one of the longest-running and most respected competitions in British hairdressing. It celebrates colour, cutting, styling and fashion, while recognising hairdressers who are helping shape the future of the industry.

The Winning Look

Elle’s concept, Power Lines, explored the contrast between strength and softness.

The look combined sharp, graphic colour placement with a polished finish. Elle used colour to exaggerate the hair’s shine, movement and dimension, creating a result that felt bold while remaining wearable.

The finished image reflected Elle’s approach to colour. Creative ideas should support the haircut, suit the individual and still feel beautiful.

Runner up overall

After winning the London Regional Semi Final, Elle progressed to the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Final, competing against some of the strongest hairdressing talent from across the country.

Finishing in second place overall is a huge achievement and reflects the work, planning and technical skill that went into the finished look.

From the first concept and model selection to the final colour, cut, styling and presentation, every detail was considered.

Brooke Francis: L’oreal Colour Star Award Grand Finalist

Brooke Francis also represented Tribe at the Grand Final after securing her place in the final of the L’Oréal Colour Star Award.

Reaching the final was a brilliant achievement and gave Brooke the opportunity to present her work alongside talented colourists from across the UK.

Brooke’s place in the final reflects her continued growth as a hairdresser, her commitment to developing her colour work and her willingness to push herself creatively.

Proud of our team

Having two Tribe hairdressers represented at the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Final was a proud moment for the whole team.

Elle and Brooke have both invested time into their training, creative work and technical development. Their results show what can happen when hairdressers are given the support and opportunities to explore their own ideas.

It also represents what we want to create at Tribe. A workplace where hairdressers can build strong careers, develop creatively and receive support to achieve their goals.

Congratulations, Elle and Brooke

We could not be prouder of Elle, Brooke and everyone who supported them throughout the competition.

Winning the London Region, placing second overall and reaching the Colour Star Award final made this an incredible year for Tribe at the L’Oréal Colour Trophy.
