Elle Foreman Wins Two Major Industry Awards at Creative HEAD’s It List 2025
We’re incredibly proud to share that our co-owner and Head of Education, Elle Foreman, has won two of the six national It List awards at this year’s Creative HEAD Grand Final – The Salon Stylist and The One to Watch.
Hosted at London’s Drumsheds, the It List celebrates the next generation of hair professionals shaping the future of British and Irish hairdressing. Each year, hundreds of entries are judged by leading names from across the industry, recognising those who are redefining creativity, education, and leadership.
Winning both titles in one night is a rare achievement. Elle impressed the judges with her consistent standards, technical skill, and leadership within Tribe, where she manages education across our Chislehurst and Clapham salons.
Elles Journey
Elle began her journey behind the front desk, before deciding that her passion lies behind the chair.
In just six short years as a qualified stylist, she has achieved an incredible amount — from joining the Fellowship F.A.M.E. Team and presenting at London Fashion Week to mentoring apprentices and leading education across both Tribe Clapham and Tribe Chislehurst.
Her focus on creativity, education, and consistent service standards has shaped the culture that Tribe is known for today.
