Please Read Our Service & Booking Policies Before Making an Appointment

When making an appointment, you must agree to the following terms of booking.

Colour Appointments

New guests booking colour services will need to come in to the salon for a complimentary colour consultation and allergy test at least 48 hours before an appointment. This also applies to existing guests who haven’t seen us in over 6 months or those looking to have a change of colour.

Post Colour Service

All Colour services & treatments must be booked with either a Haircut, Blow Dry or Quick Dry as standard.

Cancellations

You will need a credit/ debit card to secure your booking either online, by phone or in-salon. We ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling/ moving an appointment or you may be charged in full – See full cancellation policy.

Children

In order to create a calm and relaxing experience for our guests, we respectfully request that you do not bring children to the salon with you for your salon visit.

Accepted Payments

We do not accept cash payment. We accept most major Credit & Debit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Service Corrections

If you’re not satisfied with the result, let us know within 14 days, and at our discretion, we will offer an adjustment at no extra cost. We do not offer refunds on hair services.
