Big News: Kayleigh Wins the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Star Award 2025!
We’re so proud to share that our very own Kayleigh Byrne has won the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Star Award 2025!
This is one of the biggest awards in British hairdressing, celebrating the next generation of talent. Kayleigh stood out for her creativity, technical skill and fresh take on colour – and we couldn’t be happier for her.
It’s a full-circle moment for us. In 2022, Elle Foreman won the same award. Now, three years later, we’ve done it again. Tribe has taken home the Star Award twice in just a few years – a huge achievement for our team.
We also want to give a massive shoutout to our other finalists, Harriet Bull and Elle Foreman, for their incredible work in this year’s competition. The standard was sky-high, and to have three Tribe stylists through to the final shows the strength of talent we have in our ranks.
These awards aren’t just about winning. They’re about pushing creative boundaries, working as a team and representing our salon on a national stage.
