Hi, I’m Millie! I’m a year into my hairdressing training and currently developing my cutting skills, including long graduation.

I’ve always been interested in hair. When I was younger, styling hair was one of my favourite hobbies, so turning that passion into a career felt like a natural choice.

I love learning new techniques from the Tribe team and picking up skills that go beyond my college training. Hair-up styling is what I enjoy most, and I’m also becoming more interested in colour. My goal is to become a colour specialist and create bridal hair, combining both sides of hairdressing that I love.

I’m always looking for new ideas and often spend my spare time watching hair tutorials or finding inspiration on Pinterest and social media. I particularly enjoy styling wavy hair because its natural movement and volume work beautifully for hair-ups and help styles hold their shape.

Working with clients is helping me become more independent and confident. Whether I’m assisting with a blow-dry, applying colour or finishing a service, I love playing a part in making someone happy. I want every client to feel listened to, comfortable and cared for, and to leave the salon feeling confident and refreshed.

Outside the salon, I enjoy travelling, Pilates, going to the gym and spending time with my friends and family.
