Salon Assistant

I’ve worked in the hair industry since I was 16 and have spent the past three years building my experience in the salon.

What I enjoy most is helping people feel comfortable, confident and looked after. I like welcoming clients, listening to what they need and checking throughout their visit that they feel happy and relaxed.

My role is also about supporting the team. I enjoy helping the stylists with anything they need, from mixing colour to preparing for services and keeping the salon running smoothly. I bring a positive attitude, reliability and a strong willingness to learn.

Since joining Tribe, I’ve developed new skills, completed some blow-drying training and learnt how important it is to keep the client at the centre of everything we do.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, playing games and occasionally drawing. Clients are often surprised by how much knowledge I’ve already gained about the hair industry.
