Salon Coordinator

I joined Tribe as a hairdressing apprentice before moving into my role as Salon Coordinator. Having experience in both areas has given me a strong understanding of how the salon works and how to support both clients and the team.

I was first drawn to the hair industry because I love helping people feel confident and leave the salon feeling like the best version of themselves. As Salon Coordinator, I can be part of that experience from the moment a client books their appointment.

My role includes welcoming clients, managing appointments, answering enquiries and helping people choose the right services. I take the time to understand what each client is looking for and make sure they feel comfortable, listened to and looked after throughout their visit.

I also help prepare the salon each day and coordinate the front of house so everything runs smoothly. I bring strong communication skills, organisation and a calm, structured approach to my role.

Since joining Tribe, I’ve grown in confidence and developed my customer service skills through hands-on experience and Tribe’s training programme. I used to be quite shy, so clients are often surprised by how confident I’ve become.

Outside the salon, I enjoy reading and taking time to relax with a good book.
