Tribe Salons Bring British Talent to the Global Stage with Win at Prestigious Paris Hair Show

Tribe Salons has made its mark on the international stage, proudly representing the UK at MCB by Beauté Sélection 2025 in Paris, one of Europe’s leading hair events.
Our team brought British creativity and skill to an audience of global professionals, winning the Best Emerging Talent Award through the outstanding work of stylist Kayleigh Byrne.
This moment captures what Tribe stands for: collaboration, education, and a shared passion for raising standards in British hairdressing.
Mentorship and Teamwork in Action
The Paris event highlighted the power of mentorship within our salons. Elle Foreman, who was invited to mentor the Emerging Talent finalists, worked closely with Tribe stylists Harriet Bull and Kayleigh Byrne throughout the creative process.
Elle’s guidance encouraged both stylists to take risks, refine their ideas, and showcase their individuality on stage. It reflects the approach we take every day in our Chislehurst and Clapham salons, growing talent through support, feedback, and shared learning.
The Winning Look
Kayleigh’s creation turned heads on the Paris stage. Featuring XXL braids, a bold graphic fringe, and Asian-inspired detailing, her work stood out for its technical skill, cultural influence, and originality. Judges praised her creativity, confidence, and eye for balance.
Her win reflects the quality of education within Tribe Salons and our belief that great hairdressing is both an art and a craft.
A Proud Moment for Tribe
Winning in Paris is a milestone for Tribe Salons and for British hairdressing. It celebrates the teamwork, discipline, and dedication that sit behind every creative success.
It also shows that a strong foundation in education and mentorship leads to excellence, both in the salon and on the global stage.
Following this achievement, Tribe has been invited to present a creative show at the next MCB event in Lyon in November, taking British hair artistry back to Europe once again.
To Kayleigh, Harriet, and Elle, congratulations. You have made the whole Tribe proud and shown what British talent can achieve when passion meets purpose.
