Reclamation: Tribe Salons on the Main Stage at Beauté Sélection in Lyon
Last weekend marked a first for Tribe Salons. We created and delivered our first ever hair show, and we did it on one of the biggest stages in Europe.
After Kayleigh’s win in the Emergent Talent competition at MCB Paris, we were invited back to take the main stage at Beauté Sélection in Lyon. It was a proud moment for our team and a clear step forward for everything we are building.
Reclamation was the concept. A story about taking back your power. Kayleigh, Harriet and Brooke brought it to life, mentored by Elle, who guided the creative direction and coaching behind the scenes. The looks were strong, confident and honest. Nothing over-styled, nothing forced. Just clean technique and a message that felt true to the team who created it.
This show mattered because it came from our next generation. Three young stylists who started with us as apprentices, now standing on an international stage and delivering work that reflects their skill and their growth. That is the journey we care about most at Tribe.
The atmosphere in Lyon was full of energy. Thousands of professionals, brands and educators in one place, all there to share ideas and push the industry forward. Being part of that environment, not as visitors but as contributors, felt like a milestone for where our salons are heading.
We are proud of our rising stars and the standard they bring every time. This show was only the beginning. The next chapter is already forming.
