We are proud to share that two Tribe Salons stylists have reached the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Grand Final 2026.

Elle Foreman, from Tribe Clapham, has been named a Grand Finalist in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Award London category.

Brooke Francis, from Tribe Chislehurst, has been named a Grand Finalist in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Star Award Southern category.

The L’Oréal Colour Trophy is one of the most respected competitions in British hairdressing. In 2026, the competition celebrates its 70th year, marking another major moment for colourists across the UK and Ireland.

A proud moment for Tribe Salons

For Tribe, this is more than an awards announcement.

It reflects the work happening across our salons every day. The training. The standards. The creative conversations. The confidence to keep pushing forward.

Colour has always been a big part of what we do at Tribe. From soft, wearable colour to more creative work, our aim is always to create hair that feels considered, personal and beautifully finished.

To have two stylists recognised at Grand Final level in the same year is a huge achievement for the team.

Elle Foreman: London Region Grand Finalist

Elle Foreman has reached the Grand Final in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Award London category with Tribe Clapham.

Elle is known for her strong technical approach, creative eye and commitment to education. Her work combines precision, suitability and modern colour placement, always with the individual client in mind.

As Head of Education at Tribe Salons, Elle also plays a key role in developing the next generation of stylists across the business. Her place in the Grand Final reflects both her creative ability and her continued impact on the team around her.

Brooke Francis: Colour Star Southern Region Grand Finalist

Brooke Francis has reached the Grand Final in the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Star Award Southern category with Tribe Salons Chislehurst.

The Colour Star Award is designed for young colourists aged 16 to 25, giving emerging talent the chance to showcase modern, fashion-led colour work on a national stage.

Brooke’s success is a brilliant example of what can happen when young stylists are supported with clear training, high standards and opportunities to grow.
