The Role. Hair Stylist in Clapham
You’ll be working in a busy, established salon with loyal clients and a supportive team around you.
This role is suitable for qualified stylists who want stability, clear expectations, and space to grow. Whether you’re experienced or ready for your next step, we’re interested in how you work and how you care for people.
What You’ll Do
You’ll deliver cutting, colouring, and styling services across all hair lengths and textures.
You’ll carry out strong consultations, give honest advice, and focus on healthy, wearable results.
You’ll build long-term client relationships through warm, consistent service.
You’ll work closely with your team to keep the salon running smoothly and professionally.
You’ll stay open to learning and improving, both technically and personally.

Commission and bonuses are available as your column grows.
You’ll receive up to six weeks paid holiday, because rest matters.
Working patterns are flexible, with full-time and part-time options available. We do not work Sundays.
